HERE WE GROW AGAIN!

Announcing the New Centennial Project
Historic Church Restoration

Through the generous donation of a wonderful, civic-minded couple in Munday, Keep Munday Beautiful was able to purchase the old rock church on Main street. It is our hope that through volunteer labor and donations we can restore the church and turn it into a multi-use community building. Its main purpose will be a community theatre. Organizers believe it will be a great place for reunions, showers, and weddings too.
The building has seen a long and steady decline. Supporters of the community theatre have made several attempts to buy the property for over 5 years. Now the deterioration can be arrested and the lot will be protected from becoming an eyesore on Main street. Following is an artist's rendering of the Old Church Restored.

You can help. Contact members of Keep Munday Beautiful to find out when work nights are scheduled or watch the Munday Courier. You may donate to the Centennial Fund at First National Bank. Contact Sandy King. Donations are tax-deductible as KMB is a 501c3 non-profit organization. You may want to "adopt a window" or "adopt a section of the roof". Help Munday continue on its path to revitalization and beautification.
