TAKE NOTICE THAT A MEETING FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUNDAY, TEXAS will be held at the Perry Patton Center beginning at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday the 14^th day of July 2026 to act upon the following:

Call to order-Karen Longan (Mayor)

Invocation / Pledge –

Hear public comments: Public will be able to voice their concerns and questions. Interaction between the public and the council cannot be entered into during this session. Requests to place an item on a future agenda can be heard and noted. Please limit your scope of concern and limit the time to 3 minutes.

• Hear, remind & discuss procurement policy and finance policy which have not been ratified.
• Hear, discuss and act on Personnel policy needs to be added to next agenda which includes personnel evaluations.
• Hear, discuss and act on City Media, MundayAlerts, CityofMunday.com, and City of Munday FB and community banners.
• Hear, discuss and act on condition of City Hall
• Hear, discuss, and act on the following monthly reports:

2. Sheriff’s Report
3. Cyber security Report
4. City Judge Report
5. Finance report
6. Monthly Bills
7. P & L for enterprise and for
8. Review of June bank statements
9. City Manager report
10. Hear, discuss and act on Police Chief Interviews

The City Council of Munday reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during this meeting to discuss any matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.047, 551.076, and 551.086.
