TAKE NOTICE THAT A MEETING FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUNDAY, TEXAS will be held at City Hall in Munday, Texas commencing at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday the 26th day of May 2026 to act upon the following:
Call to order- Karen Longan Invocation / Pledge –
Hear public comments: Public will be able to voice their concerns and questions. Interaction between the public and the council cannot be entered into during this session. Requests to place an item on a future agenda can be heard and noted. Please limit your scope of concern and limit the time to a 3-minute interlude.
- Swear in new City Council members and Mayor Pro Tem.
- Hear, discuss & act on County Fee.
- Hear, discuss & act on appointing a new council member.
- Hear, discuss Police candidates.

The City Council of Munday reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during this meeting to discuss any matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.047, 551.076, and 551.086.
