TAKE NOTICE THAT A MEETING FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUNDAY, TEXAS will be held at City Hall in Munday, Texas commencing at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday the 9^th day of June 2026 to act upon the following:

Call to order- Karen Longan         Invocation / Pledge –

Hear public comments: Public will be able to voice their concerns and questions. Interaction between the public and the council cannot be entered into during this session. Requests to place an item on a future agenda can be heard and noted. Please limit your scope of concern and limit the time to a 3-minute interlude.

1. Hear, discuss Above & Beyond Parks.
2. Swear in new City Council member.
3. Hear, discuss & act on A board.
4. Hear, discuss & act on contract for city police.
5. Hear, discuss & act on airport lease extension.
6. Hear, discuss & act on downtown parking.
7. Hear, discuss & act on Emergency text (Go2texting).
8. Hear, discuss Above & Beyond Parks.
9. Hear, discuss draft expense budgets.
10. Hear, discuss, and act on the following monthly reports:
    1. Previous Minutes.
    2. Review Monthly financial report.
    3. City Manager report.

** THE COUNCIL MAY VOTE AND/OR ACT UPON EACH OF THESE ITEMS LISTED IN THIS AGENDA**Consider items and/or topics for the next agenda. To adjourn Meeting the City Council of Munday reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during this meeting to discuss any matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.047, 551.076, and 551.086.
